Can I form a Squad with different types of Mechs?

One squad can only consist of the same Mech type.
Select a Leader first, then select and assign Mechs of the same type as the Leader.
(For example, if the Leader is Stalker Type A, the remaining Mechs must also be Stalker Type A)
